Refund Policy

We kindly ask for at least 5 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• 5+ days’ notice: Eligible for a refund or rescheduling

• 3–5 days’ notice: Eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost

• Less than 3 days’ notice: Non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled

We understand that emergencies happen—please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate when we can.

Lessons cancelled due to weather or by the instructor will always be rescheduled at no cost.
